Job summary
Made In, based in South Austin, is seeking a Senior Merchant who will own the global line and assortment architecture across cookware, bakeware, tools, and accessories. You will shape the line from design kickoff to launch readiness and ensure alignment across DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and international channels.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in merchandising, buying, or category management for a multi-channel consumer brand.
- Experience across DTC, wholesale, Amazon and international is a strong plus.
- Fluent in retail math, margins, IMU, and inventory planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the global line and assortment architecture across cookware, bakeware, tools, cutlery, tabletop, and accessories.
- Lead lifecycle calendar from design kickoff to launch strategy readiness.
- Translate global line into channel-right assortments while protecting premium positioning.
- Own pricing architecture, margin targets, and sell-through across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Amazon, International).
- Partner with Product and Design to bring commercial and channel lens into product creation; optimize open-to-buy and inventory turns.
