Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ media planning and strategy experience in an agency.
• Experience leading complex multi-market or global accounts.
• 1–3 years’ people management experience.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into channel strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to quality assure planning documents and outputs.
• Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead first and second-round media planning across global accounts.
• Translate briefs into channel strategy, budgets, and rationale.
• Review and approve planning recommendations before client reviews.
• Ensure plans are accurate and aligned to objectives.
• Mentor and develop media planners and analysts.
• Partner with client services, analytics, and finance to ensure delivery.
