Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own and drive complex technology initiatives from concept through global deployment.

The role requires a seasoned technical leader who thrives in ambiguity, navigates complexity, and is hands-on in understanding technologies powering modern retail experiences. This person will manage multi-phase LED video wall programs for a major retail brand and lead cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management in experiential, retail, hardware, or software environments.
• Strong foundation in hardware and software systems and ability to discuss technical details.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight across multiple concurrent technology programs within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define high-level architecture and resource needs; guide teams through decisions.
• Lead hardware, software, and display system integration for retail environments.
• Maintain documentation, BOMs, wiring schematics, integration maps.
• Translate client goals into actionable technical plans and deliver executive communication.
• Mentor junior team members and scale PM capabilities.
