Vantage Oleochemicals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Category Manager – Global Indirect Procurement in Deerfield, IL. This role owns the indirect-spend portfolio, drives strategic sourcing, and leads a small team while collaborating with international stakeholders across the US, Germany, and Spain.

The position emphasizes analytics, supplier negotiations, and implementing category strategies to create measurable cost savings and business impact in a dynamic global organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing or a similar commercial function.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings and supplier negotiations outcomes.
• Experience managing large indirect-spend portfolios across categories like CapEx, OpEx and services.
• Strong analytical capability using spend data, ERP and BI tools to support decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate across global teams.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
