Job summary
Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a global footprint, seeking a Geotechnical and Tailings Engineer to support the USTDA Global Critical Minerals Project Scoping Services. You will evaluate slope stability, tailings storage facilities, geotechnical risks and monitoring programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; international project experience preferred.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Experience with mineral resources or mining infrastructure preferred.
- U.S. government contract eligibility including citizenship or permanent residency.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and analysis.
- Support project scoping, assessments and reporting.
- Contribute to stakeholder consultations and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
- Support proposal and project delivery activities.
