Responsibilities

• Oversee development of new products and services, internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, client relationship management, technology solutions, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while supporting issue resolution and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS / Business Administration

PMP certification (preferred)
