Westlake Chemical seeks a senior finance leader for Global Compounds & Dimex to partner with commercial and operations teams across NA, Europe and Asia. You will oversee US GAAP accounting, SOX controls, monthly close, forecasting and budgeting, and support M&A activities within a complex, asset-heavy manufacturing business.

You will lead the FP&A and accounting teams across multiple sites, drive standard costing, variance analysis, and reporting to executive management while ensuring robust

Qualifications

• Ten plus (10+) years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or global asset-heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis and inventory accounting.
• Supervisory/management experience leading finance teams.
• Experience with US GAAP accounting and internal controls (SOX).

Responsabilités

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and business intelligence to improve operations for Global Compounds & Dimex.
• Partner with financial and business leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee monthly close under US GAAP and resolve accounting issues during close.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning across sites and regions.
• Drive SOX compliance, internal controls, audits and process improvements.
