•••••••• is the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management. Our platform gives enterprise IT teams real-time visibility into how employees' technology is performing, across every device, app, and network so they can see, diagnose, and fix issues at scale before employees are impacted. •••••••• is recognized as a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for DEX Management Tools, and in 2025 announced a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners at an approximately $3 billion valuation. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, •••••••• has 9 offices worldwide.

Our Global Events team is small by design, agile, intentional, and high-performing, running global third-party sponsorships, our flagship industry conference, Sales Kickoff, and President's Club. Because we operate lean, this role comes with genuine ownership: you shape the programs, own the budgets, and make the decisions, rather than executing someone else's plan. When something shifts forty-eight hours before doors open, you're the one we trust to make the right call.

This role is built for someone who feels most energized by owning a program end-to-end, who thinks about how an attendee actually experiences the room rather than just whether the run of show went smoothly, and who'd rather solve a problem quietly than hand it back up the chain.

What You'll Own
Program Ownership
  • Own a portfolio of global third-party sponsorships and exhibit programs end to end — strategy, negotiation, build, execution, and post-event measurement.
  • Serve as a go-to partner for internal events and programs.
  • Make the day-to-day calls on your programs: scope, tradeoffs, vendor selection, spend within budget, on-site changes. Escalate what's genuinely material, and decide the rest.
Experience & Creative
  • Shape what the experience actually feels like: booth concept, activations, content moments, hospitality.
  • Bring ideas we haven't tried. Push back on the version of the event we ran last year when it isn't working anymore.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, creative services, and key internal stakeholders to ensure the experience matches the brand story we're telling.
Flagship Industry Event
  • Take a defined leadership workstream on our flagship industry conference — a growing program where scope and structure will keep evolving — partnering closely with a cross-functional team spanning Marketing.
Budget & Vendors
  • Own program-level budgets: build them, forecast them, manage to them, and flag risk early rather than at reconciliation.
  • Own vendor relationships — negotiate, hold partners to scope, and manage performance.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiable
  • You take a program and run it. You don't wait to be assigned next steps, and you don't hand problems back up without a recommendation attached.
  • You spot the gap before it's raised, and you make sound decisions with incomplete information under time pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with C-suite leaders — setting and managing expectations, communicating clearly, and providing on-site support for speaking engagements and meetings.
  • A pro at cross-functional collaboration — most of this job happens through people who don't report to you. You build real working relationships across the organization, get alignment without heavy process, and keep partners informed rather than surprised.
  • You need context and priorities, not hand-holding. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities — the org is changing, and this role will evolve with it.
  • 5–8+ years in B2B events, ideally spanning both third-party sponsorships and owned/flagship events. You've been on-site when things went wrong, and you fixed them.
  • Warm, credible, and easy to work with. You manage vendors firmly and executives calmly, and people want you on their event.
  • Genuinely excited, willing and able to travel 30–40%, including internationally
Strongly Preferred
  • Creative instinct for experience design, not just flawless logistics.
  • Experience at a company scaling its flagship event, or building an events program from a lean team.
  • Comfort with budgets in the six figures and above, and with negotiating sponsorship packages.
  • B2B tech or SaaS background; enterprise audience experience.
  • Fluency with the usual stack — project management tools, Salesforce/marketing automation for lead flow, and event platforms.
Probably Not the Right Fit If
  • You're strongest as a coordinator who executes a plan someone else built.
  • You need a stable, well-defined org chart and clear precedent to do your best work.
  • Travel is a tolerance rather than something that energizes you
