Job summary

Subway is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Technology Infrastructure Operations & Support team. You will own engineering, development, testing, and operational management of endpoint devices and the Microsoft 365 suite for Subway’s global franchise network.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on expertise in endpoint management, M365, mentoring, and driving service quality, with experience across ITIL/ITSM processes and global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365 and collaborative technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Strong technical skills in endpoint management systems and architectures, including modern endpoint management platforms like Intune or SCCM.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and proven ability to deliver service operations with defined SLAs.
• Experience mentoring analysts, technicians, and engineers across teams.
• Ability to influence across Technology Services and Infrastructure to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, manage, monitor, and maintain endpoint management solutions for global operations.
• Engineer and implement technical solutions for endpoint management and end‑user experience, including automation pathways.
• Analyze technology trends and present recommendations to technology leads.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to the End‑User Experience team and drive improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, manage risk, resource allocation, and service quality.
• Lead external resources to ensure SLA compliance and solid ticket handling.
