Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Data Leader in Richardson, TX to oversee a data portfolio of 100+ professionals globally. You will drive the data strategy, align roadmaps with customer objectives, and deliver solutions using Databricks, Azure data components, and Generative AI.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, grow account value, and mentor teams across regions to ensure outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead a data portfolio of 100+ professionals with 10+ years of experience.
• Global Delivery Model (GDM) experience across the US and India with data concepts (Data Engineering, Data Quality, Data Governance, Databricks).
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and account growth.
• Identify opportunities and deliver technically and financially compelling solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data components and Azure Databricks; experience with Generative AI (Genie, Claude).
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders to present delivered solutions.
• Lead and mentor 100+ professionals globally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
