Job summary

Signifyd is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team and advise on a broad range of commercial transactions, focusing on structuring, drafting, and negotiating go-to-market agreements. You will lead a contracts managers team supporting Sales across the U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and Latin America.

The ideal candidate has a JD, 5–10+ years in commercial/tech deals, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial and tech transactions with revenue deals.
• Clear, concise communicator who explains complex issues plainly.
• Experience supporting a global sales organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Able to manage workload with minimal oversight.
• Approachable team player, problem-solver with a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex subscription agreements and partnership deals with the Sales organization.
• Support a go-to-market portfolio of ecommerce merchants across the U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and South America.
• Support cross-functional teams—Marketing, Partnerships, Product—on commercial and vendor transactions.
• Assist with additional legal projects to support Signifyd's growth.
• Manage numerous projects with competing deadlines and pressures.
• Exercise sound legal judgment and practical, business-minded problem solving.
