Incyte is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Lead to support the clinical trial management team in executing trials. You will liaise with CROs and vendors to manage operational tasks, maintain clear communication, and ensure study timelines are met.

You will assist in developing trial documents, coordinating feasibility with sites, and supporting recruitment strategies while collaborating with the pharmacovigilance and safety groups to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science-related field required.
• Minimum of five years in biopharma or clinical research.
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across protocols and therapies.
• Experience with multinational clinical trials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Clinical Trial Manager and team in trial execution.
• Liaise with CROs and vendors to handle operational tasks.
• Maintain communication and status reports to align with study timelines.
• Assist in development of trial documents and manuals.
• Coordinate site monitoring, feasibility, and recruitment strategies.
• Participate in data review and safety coordination with PV.
