Incyte is seeking a Sr Clinical Trial Manager to drive multi-therapy trials from initiation to study report, coordinating timelines, budgets, feasibility, and site selection while liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors to enhance study efficiency.

The role requires leadership in multidisciplinary teams, strong communication, and a focus on high-quality execution while maintaining regulatory compliance across global studies.

• BS/BA in science or related field.
• Experience managing multinational clinical trials.
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver trials on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Develop and manage trial timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate sites, investigators, and CROs; monitor budgets and feasibility.
• Review monitoring reports and support data review and discrepancy resolution.
