Senior Global Buyer- Indirect procurement

Are you a strategic negotiator with a passion for driving measurable impact in procurement?

We're seeking a Senior Buyer to join a growing global team in southwest Boston, MA. This role focuses on indirect procurement and offers tremendous growth opportunities for those seeking more responsibility or management positions in procurement/supply chain roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global procurement efforts with a strong focus on indirect spend (e.g., professional services, IT, logistics, facilities, MRO).

• Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure the best value and terms

• Track and report on cost savings, compliance, and value creation, working closely with finance and operations.

• Potential to manage and mentor 1–2 team members as the department continues to scale.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of procurement experience, with a strong emphasis on indirect categories.

• Proven negotiation skills — you know how to get the best deal without sacrificing quality or relationships.

• Strong analytical mindset — you know your way around spend analysis, savings tracking, and reporting tools.
