Qualifications

• Senior-level strategic leadership experience in skincare or consumer brands.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development.
• Ability to translate insights into innovative P&L managed concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Manage product cost margins, pricing strategies, and lifecycle targets.
• Translate consumer and professional insights into breakthrough product concepts.
• Partner with R&D to guide formulation development and ensure safety and efficacy.
• Drive claims development and substantiation with clinical, regulatory and legal teams.
• Lead packaging strategy and development balancing brand, functionality, sustainability and cost.
