The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s in a design-related field, 8+ years in brand design, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe CC and PowerPoint, plus executive-facing presentation skills, are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand design, visual communications, art direction, or related discipline.
• Experience at senior designer, lead designer, or associate art director level.
• Proven ability to manage creative work across multiple stakeholders, channels, and formats.
• Experience partnering with agencies, freelancers, vendors, and production teams.
• Experience in a global B2B, corporate, or enterprise environment in a matrixed setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and brand-system thinking.

Aufgaben

• Lead Creative Execution & Art Direction across enterprise initiatives.
• Provide hands-on design support for concept development, production, editing, and asset creation.
• Give clear direction and actionable feedback to internal teams and external partners.
• Review creative work for brand compliance, accessibility, and quality.
• Present and defend brand recommendations to audiences including executives.
• Steward and evolve the TE brand across channels and templates.
• Guide onboarding and education for creative partners.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, feedback, and approvals.
• Manage multiple brand creative initiatives concurrently.
