JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and participate in audit engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that meet professional standards. You will work with global Audit colleagues to identify emerging control issues and provide actionable recommendations.

You will mentor teams, monitor remediation plans, and stay current with regulatory changes while maintaining independence and strong working relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Four years of experience with internal audit methodologies per Global Audit Standards.
• Planning and developing test plans to evaluate business, systems, design and control effectiveness.
• Evaluating internal control effectiveness and performing root cause analysis.
• Synthesizing and presenting risk, audit and control findings to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in audits from planning to reporting.
• Identify emerging control issues and report to Audit management and stakeholders.
• Protect confidentiality and security of information per firm policy.
• Finalize audit findings and develop remediation guidance.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and external auditors.
