You will plan, execute, and report audits, partner with global teams, and strengthen internal controls while championing AI-enhanced analytics for efficiency and quality. The role requires 7+ years in audit, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal or external auditing experience or relevant Asset and Wealth Management business experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial services experience.
• Experience with internal audit methodology and execution of audits.
• Knowledge of internal control concepts across business and technology risks.
• Familiarity with laws and regulatory requirements related to wealth management.
• Experience with data analytics and large language models; AI-driven audit
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audits from planning to reporting to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Finalize findings, provide an overall opinion on the control environment, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues to identify emerging issues and communicate them promptly.
• Partner with risk, compliance, external auditors, and regulators to maintain independence.
• Manage audit team members, perform reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement continuous auditing programs and monitor key metrics for trends.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and their impact on the business.
• Protect confidentiality of Internal Audit communications per firm policy.
• Explore automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and risk coverage.
• Apply AI tools, data analytics, and prompt engineering to enhance audit quality.
