The candidate should bring 10–15 years in industrial maintenance, metal fabrication, or electromechanical repairs, preferably in glass manufacturing, plus related safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanical repairs.
• Experience with glass manufacturing or heavy industry a plus.
• Certifications in industrial safety (Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Lockout/Tagout) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform maintenance in a safe manner following HSE guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain glass furnace‑specific equipment (Distributors, Forehearths, Firebox).
• Carry out specialized fabrication tasks including welding and metal fabrication.
• Troubleshoot VFDs and other critical plant components.
• Conduct regulatory inspections and document compliance.
• Participate in HSE, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Support Safety Team audits and hazard identifications.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry, and Hot Work procedures.
