Job summary
Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking a Secret Cleared Configuration Management Specialist III to lead enterprise GitOps architecture and CI/CD release strategies. You will codify Navy CM policy into pipeline guardrails and drive the migration away from legacy CM tools, ensuring secure, tamper-evident software media generation.
The role requires DoD cyber baseline familiarity and hands-on experience with CM tooling, Linux, and SBOM generation, while collaborating with cross‑functional
Qualifications
- Ten years' experience with configuration management across hardware inventory, docs, and software CM.
- Experience with Navy CM policy; define procedures for releasing products through full life cycle.
- Five years CM in ISR/C4ISR systems; proficient with Git and DevOps tools for automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise GitOps architecture and CI/CD release strategies.
- Codify Navy CM policy into pipeline guardrails (policy-as-code) and migrate from legacy tools.
