Job summary

Vickers & Nolan Enterprises Llc is seeking a Secret Cleared Configuration Management Specialist III to lead enterprise GitOps architecture and automated CI/CD release strategies. You will codify Navy CM policy into pipeline guardrails and drive the migration away from legacy CM tools, while overseeing software media creation and signing processes.

The role requires DoD experience, a DoD 8140 baseline, and the ability to operate in agile, security-conscious environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of professional experience with configuration management in hardware, software and lifecycle control.
• Secret level clearance; must be able to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise GitOps architecture and automated CI/CD release strategies.
• Codify Navy CM policy into pipeline guardrails (policy-as-code).
• Identify and migrate from legacy CM tools (e.g., CMPro).
• Architect software media generation processes (gold-disk/ISO) with cryptographic signing and SBOMs.
