Job description

The Springfield-Greene County 911 Emergency Communications Department has recently moved to Next Generation 9-1-1 technology. This position will also be responsible for all workflows and processes related to GIS data and the NG9-1-1 system. This will primarily include loading and refreshing data but will extend to maintaining the internal map that dispatchers utilize.

Additionally, this position will create custom maps for partner agencies, which will include utilizing various spatial analysis tool dependent on the request. This position will coordinate with the partner agencies to determine mapping needs as well as create standard layouts to provide uniform maps to all customers.
