Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Esri Utility Network and enterprise GIS environments.
• Experience delivering GIS modernization, systems integration, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into architecture, technical specifications, or solution designs.
• Proven experience guiding developers, engineers, and QA teams through complex implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape GIS and enterprise technology modernization roadmaps for utility clients.
