Job summary

XTS is seeking a Senior GIS Geodatabase Engineer to support MCIA's GSS, focusing on reliable geodatabase architecture across DoD and IC networks. You will optimize performance, ingest/export workflows, and ensure security across multiple schemas.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years of relevant GIS experience, with deep ESRI geodatabase expertise to sustain mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Extensive GIS and ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase experience across classified networks.

Responsibilities

• Improve geodatabase performance, data ingest/export workflows, and backup/recovery capabilities.
• Manage geospatial data across multiple schemas (USMC Ground Warfighter, TDS, NSG-compliant schemas).
• Implement security hardening and advanced troubleshooting for MCIA geospatial infrastructure.
