Job summary

Radiant Digital Solutions Inc. seeks a Sr. GIS Programmer to join a hybrid team in Towson, MD. The role focuses on GIS application development, model upgrades, and database support within an Enterprise GIS environment.

The candidate will use J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python alongside ArcGIS Server, APIs, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE, with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python scripting. SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server familiarity is required. SSRS and Power BI reporting are also involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Government or public sector experience preferred.
• Experience in systems or project analysis/management.

Responsibilities

• Perform GIS application development and support.
• Upgrade Agricultural Preservation Model and ArcGIS Pro AddIn.
• Develop and maintain GIS databases.
• Leverage ArcGIS technologies (Server, APIs, Esri SDKs, ArcSDE).
• Design SQL queries and stored procedures for Oracle/SQL Server.
• Create reports with SSRS and Power BI.
• Communicate with stakeholders and technical teams.
