Job summary

Canacre USA, LLC in Spring, TX is seeking an Intermediate GIS Analyst to advance mapping, data management, and spatial analysis across environmental projects.

You will develop high quality maps, run GIS workflows, manage data, and collaborate with Canacre’s field teams to deliver accurate environmental reporting. The role requires strong ESRI ArcGIS skills, SQL, Python, and a solid understanding of projections and datums.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree in GIS, Cartography, Geography, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 7 years of professional GIS experience.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS and extensions.
• Knowledge of SQL Server/Enterprise databases.
• Experience with Esri tools such as Experience Builder, Field Maps and Survey123 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality custom maps and reports.
• Perform GIS analysis and data management for projects.
• Create, edit and manage data for multiple projects.
• Conduct data analysis and spatial queries.
• Apply QA/QC procedures on mapping outputs.
• Evaluate cartographic and GIS principles.
• Coordinate with Canacre Field Team on projects.
