The successful candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to program growth and quality initiatives across the North Shore.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship.
• Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure.
• DEA certification.
• Eligible for medical staff appointment and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology consultation and management.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Independently perform advanced biliary and pancreatic endoscopy, including ERCP.
• Evaluate and manage patients with complex pancreaticobiliary disorders.
• Diagnose and treat patients with gastrointestinal motility disorders, including esophageal and GI dysmotility.
• Interpret and perform GI motility testing (manometry, pH/impedance).
• Collaborate with surgery, oncology, radiology and other teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.
• Contribute to growth of advanced endoscopy and GI motility services.
