Job summary

Intellekt in the United States seeks a Senior GFMAP & PED Alignment JOPES-DCAPES Analyst to provide programmatic expertise on AF DCGS strategy, manpower, and policy issues. Analyze, develop, and evaluate plans to advise ACC staff processes to support ACC as OT&E MAJCOM for the AF DCGS, and contribute to total force capacity efforts.

The role requires 10 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of JOPES/DCAPES, and experience with DoD publications.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with AF DCGS Strategy, Manpower, and Policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans aligning AF DCGS strategy with manpower resources.
• Review and advise on publications, doctrine, guidance, and policy documents related to AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
• Collaborate with ACC, Air Force, Joint and DoD stakeholders to maintain current GFMAP inputs and requirements.
• Support MPA tasks and integration of ISR/PED capacity for operational mission sets.
