Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical or I&C engineering or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of commissioning experience in power plants, energy, or other complex industrial facilities.
• Strong safety, electrical power, and system integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site commissioning activities for geothermal production facilities, substations, and interconnections; ensure safe energization and turnover.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and O&M technicians to achieve system readiness.
• Manage commissioning scope, schedules, documentation, and handovers across multi-discipline teams.
• Represent commissioning during readiness reviews, energization planning, and testing.
• Mentor and advise team members on best practices and standards.
