Zanskar seeks a Senior Drilling and Completions Engineer to lead end-to-end drilling campaigns for geothermal wells from planning through completion. The role requires hands-on field experience in drilling, completions, and operations, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency in frontier systems.

• Hands-on field drilling/ completions/operations experience.
• Exposure to EGS stimulation design preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline; geothermal experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, planning and execution of drilling campaigns for wells, including completions.
• Provide technical and field support for daily drilling activities and act as primary contact for field issues.
• Develop ESP installation procedures and procurement plans.
