ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Geologist to manage key client projects from our Raleigh office. You will lead geotechnical engineering and CMT projects, ensure technical quality and client satisfaction, and mentor junior staff while driving business development.

Requirements include 5 years of related experience, a Bachelors/Masters in Civil or Geology-related fields, and a P.G. license or ability to obtain one.

Competenze

• 5 years of related experience
• P.G. license in applicable state or reciprocity within 3 months
• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Civil/Geological fields
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of geotechnical principles and ASTM standards
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple projects

Mansioni

• Lead geotechnical and CMT projects from proposal through completion
• Oversee preparation and review of geotechnical reports and recommendations
• Ensure tasks from proposal to final invoice are completed on time
• Manage project budgets, change orders, invoicing, and collections
• Review field reports for quality and completeness
• Prepare proposals and contracts
• Act as primary client contact and lead project meetings
• Mentor junior staff and support staffing decisions
