Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced civil/engineering professional to join our team in a hands-on, field-and-office role on large-scale projects. You will lead field investigations, perform complex analyses, and develop plans and specifications while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project managers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5–8 years of related experience, and a Master’s degree is preferred. A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations.

• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports; manage project progress and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with senior project managers.
