You will mentor engineers, oversee pursuits, and develop client relationships, with emphasis on slope stability, foundations, and earthworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required or strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience, including experience in North Carolina.
• Proven experience leading diverse project teams and managing client pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical design and project teams for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee pursuits, allocate resources, and develop client relationships.
• Mentor engineers in geotechnical exploration, reporting, and design.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications.
