Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a seasoned geotechnical engineer to lead highly complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients across disciplines.

The role requires 15+ years in geotechnical consulting, PE licensure, and a track record mentoring staff and developing new business opportunities. Expect travel up to 25% and a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, ESOP and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
• MS or PhD desirable.
• PE Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex projects; provides technical review and project management support.
• Prepares major proposals and contracts.
• Prepares engineering reports with professional opinions and geotechnical solutions.
• Performs engineering analysis using standard methodologies and software.
• Interfaces with federal and state regulatory authorities.
• Develops and delivers client presentations; supports marketing strategies.
• Understands client needs through communications and proposal work.
• Oversees client contracting with legal support.
• Develops and maintains client relationships through meetings.
• Represents Braun Intertec as a technical leader.
