Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field.
• A Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including at a minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical Analysis & Design: Perform and oversee advanced evaluations related to foundations, settlement, slope stability, and earth support systems, and recommend appropriate ground improvement or mitigation methods.
• Project & Client Collaboration: Partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support successful project execution while providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior staff.
• Reporting & Proposal Development: Produce clear, well-organized technical reports, contribute to project proposals, and support marketing and relationship-building activities.
• Leadership & Quality Focus: Promote best practices by maintaining compliance with company standards, emphasizing safety, risk management, schedule adherence, and quality control throughout all phases of work.
