Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and quality control of complex geotechnical investigations.
• Perform and review advanced geotechnical analyses including foundation design, slope stability, and settlements.
• Review and approve technical reports, calculations, specifications, and engineering recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts.
