Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical experience; advanced degrees valued.
• PE license required; strong technical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex geotechnical analyses for earthwork, slopes, foundations, and seismic hazards.
• Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, memos, and exploration plans.
• Review others' work, provide training, and mentor team members.
• Manage budgets and schedules for large projects; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate field investigations and subsurface testing; advise clients.
