As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead geotechnical tasks and lead the delivery for a wide variety of projects, with a focus on medium‑to‑large civil infrastructure projects primarily in the water and transportation markets. This position is based in Bellevue, WA.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring less experienced staff, leading projects in the development and implementation of geotechnical data collection programs, geotechnical analyses, preparation of reports, development of contract documents, and providing support during project construction. Each day you will follow projects from concept development through the construction phase with our engineers.
The base salary range for this position is $142,200.00 to $248,800.00. Employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount. Eligible employees may also enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan. Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full‑time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, and caregiver leave. Additional rewards may include merit increases, performance discretionary bonuses, and stock.
