Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on geotechnical drilling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Ability to read and interpret boring logs and field notes.

Responsibilities

• Manage drilling crews and schedules to deliver accurate subsurface data.
• Supervise day-to-day drilling operations and equipment.
• Enforce field safety programs and conduct toolbox talks.
