Job summary

Ardaman & Associates, Inc. in Orlando, FL, is seeking Driller Trainees to join our geotechnical drilling team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and an opportunity to learn drilling operations, equipment setup, and site investigations for construction projects.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to develop core skills on real projects in a supportive environment. Training is provided to help you progress in this hands-on field.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Class A or Class B CDL license a plus.
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Examiners Certificate or have current certificate prior to employment.
• Must pass company background checks including drug screen
• Must have acceptable driving record within company standards
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist drilling operations and equipment setup.
• Perform site investigations for construction projects.
