Pennoni is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer – Division Manager for our Pittston, Pennsylvania office. You will lead geotechnical engineers and inspectors, oversee a construction materials testing laboratory, and manage project delivery while growing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Required is a PE license in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain within six months, plus eight+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil/geotechnical preferred).
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop an annual budget and meet goals for net service revenue, operating income, staff utilization, and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff with annual performance reviews.
