Job description

Responsibilities:

• Review soil reports and tender specifications to identify geotechnical risks and propose design solutions.
• Perform geotechnical design and analysis using Plaxis, Slope/W, and in-house software for both tenders and ongoing projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, detailed drawings, and provide support for construction or remedial work.
• Conduct site visits to verify design assumptions and ensure alignment with actual ground conditions.
• Guide and train junior engineers while ensuring quality control across design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical design.
• Proficient in Plaxis 2D/3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good Problem Solving and Communication skills.
