Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Software & Systems Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of geospatial evaluation software for NGA IV&V framework. You will prototype pipelines, UI toolbox, and secure deployments across unclassified to TS/SCI networks.

The role requires DoD/IC standards, 7+ years in software and systems architecture, GEOINT experience, and strong Python/Java/Go skills, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/C2S.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 7+ years of software engineering and systems architecture experience.
• GEOINT experience with imagery, 3D tiles, or mapping.
• Proficient in Python, Go or Java for data pipelines.
• Experience building web applications with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and secure cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of the GeoSURE system for DoD/IC standards.
• Build automated pipelines for GEOINT data ingestion and IV&V metrics.
• Design secure storage architectures for metadata tagging and archival.
• Develop the GeoSURE Toolbox front-end with advanced geospatial analysis.
• Implement DevSecOps deployment to NGA environments.
• Ensure SWAP compliance including code scanning and ATO.
