Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Springfield, VA seeks a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy geospatial analytics on Palantir Foundry/Gaia using government SDKs and APIs. You will build UI screens, dashboards, and data pipelines with TypeScript and Python to ingest and normalize GEOINT data.

You will ensure data quality, RBAC and security compliance, and collaborate across DoD/NGA contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
5+ years of software development experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry or similar platform experience (Gaia, AIP).
Experience with TypeScript and/or Python for application and pipeline development.
Geospatial data types including EO, SAR, FMV, HMI, vector, and raster datasets.
Experience with agile software development in intelligence, DoD, or national security contexts.
Experience with PED workflows is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy geospatial apps on Palantir Foundry/Gaia using government SDKs and APIs.
Develop embedded apps using TypeScript with OSDK.
Build UI screens, dashboards, and workflow steps with Foundry tools.
Create data pipelines in Python/TypeScript to ingest and normalize GEOINT data.
Support interactive geospatial analysis including mapping, clustering, and temporal analysis.
