Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst for the JGASS II program in Fayetteville, NC. The role supports DoD operations with full-spectrum geospatial analysis, leveraging MSI, LiDAR, and EO imagery to inform operational decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with leadership and the operational commander’s staff to synchronize geospatial capabilities and provide actionable recommendations for mission success.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance.
• 6 years of progressive experience in geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis at operational/tactical levels.
• Experience in targeting, intelligence, or geospatial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis supporting complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets for real-world operations.
• Communicate analytical assessments clearly in written and oral form and present products in an operational environment.
• Apply PED of ground feature data and remote sensing data (MSI, LiDAR, EO imagery) to support the customer.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $136,500

You will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support mission success.

This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• You will perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations.
• You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly, both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment.
• You will use their technical expertise and experience in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data, such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery, to support the operational customer.
• You will be required to work in dynamic fast fast-paced environments that require both team interaction and individual efforts.
• You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.
• Specifically, the Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for fusing multi-disciplinary intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations.
• You are the interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the geospatial enterprise.
• You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers.
• You will work the full spectrum of the problem set, utilizing advanced geospatial capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand your knowledge and understanding of operational application of geospatial practices across multiple disciplines.

Required

• TS/SCI
• 6 years of progressive experience in operational and tactical level intelligence, performing complex and timely geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis.
• Experience in targeting, intelligence, or geospatial systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence-related automation for analytical efforts and product development.
• Broad understanding of collection processes and management.
• Ability to perform geospatial processing and develop new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems.

Desired

• Proficiency in integrating with other intelligence disciplines.
• Working knowledge of how geospatial techniques support the Find Fix Finish Exploit Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle.
• Working knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, R, or SAS.
