Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a technical lead for custom data management and GEOINT system operations, focusing on automation, data integrity, and NGA-aligned standards. You will serve as the technical POC for advanced data analyses and system administration.

Responsibilities include building automation tools, applying AI/ML for feature extraction, and integrating APIs to facilitate secure data exchange with partners. A strong Python background and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 18+ years of combined field experience.
• Expert-level Python and OO languages.
• Pandas and Geopandas proficiency.
• Automation of complex workflows with Python.
• Experience with relational databases and API integration.
• Cloud-based data management and database administration.
• Deep GEOINT products knowledge and satellite imagery systems.
• Strong cross-organizational communication.
• Experience applying AI/ML for data extraction and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy for data handling, integrity, and distribution.
• Identify, process, and analyze large GEOINT data volumes to enhance processes.
• Design and deploy custom automation tools to streamline workflows and data transfer.
• Apply AI/ML to improve geospatial analysis and data enrichment.
• Develop API-based integrations between NGA and partner systems.
• Maintain legacy Python code and align with security requirements.
• Collaborate with GEOINT teams to embed automated quality checks.
