Job summary

GRVTY in Arnold, Missouri, seeks a security-focused GEOINT engineer to bridge content management with secure automation. You will maintain legacy Python code, build API-based integrations, and apply CI/CD with IaC to safeguard data dissemination.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, 10 years experience, ArcGIS, Python, databases, and secure API design. You will collaborate with GEOINT teams to enforce data integrity and implement security controls across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph eligibility.
• 10+ years of combined experience in geospatial data management and security.
• Advanced ArcGIS proficiency (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Server) and geodatabase workflows.
• Expert Python development with pandas, matplotlib and secure coding practices.
• Secure API design with authentication, authorization, rate limiting and OAuth.
• Database expertise in PostgreSQL and Oracle with cloud security configurations.
• ETL, data validation, encryption in transit/at rest, and audit logging.
• Git/GitHub/GitLab security practices and pre-commit hooks.
• CI/CD with security integration, IaC and container security (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager) and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of NGA policies, GEOINT standards, and cross-domain considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation strategies for data handling, integrity, and distribution.
• Collect, process, and analyze large GEOINT datasets to enhance workflows.
• Design and deploy automation tools for secure data transfer and rapid workflows.
• Apply AI/ML to enhance geospatial analysis and data extraction accuracy.
• Develop API integrations to improve NGA data exchange with partners.
• Maintain legacy Python code and align with new security requirements.
• Collaborate with GEOINT teams to insert automated quality checks.
