Job summary

CALNET, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Geospatial Analyst with TS/SCI clearance to support NGA operations from Springfield, VA. You will advance geospatial databases, drive data-driven insights, and create scalable analytic workflows for complex missions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply machine learning to intelligence data, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with NGA and IC partners to improve analytic outcomes. The role requires onsite work at Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph willingness.
• Proficient with Python and SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
• Experience leading data science and geospatial projects for NGA/NRO or similar.
• Knowledge of geospatial data formats and DoD/IC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects using advanced mathematical, statistical, and scientific techniques to derive insights from data.
• Support ETL data analytics, data cleansing, and analyst workflow efficiencies.
• Apply statistical methods to answer intelligence questions and mission requirements.
• Build lightweight analytic tools to visualize outputs for intelligence consumers.
• Design methods to track and report mission-specific objects across orders of battle.
