Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Senior Geospatial Analyst to provide advanced GIS support for DoD and IC missions. The role leads technical projects, integrates geospatial data across systems, and delivers actionable products to senior stakeholders.

Requires active TS/SCI with SSBI and strong enterprise GIS experience. Responsibilities include designing maps, dashboards, and geospatial products, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with NSG standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in geospatial analysis, GIS, or enterprise geospatial information management.
• Current TS/SCI with SSBI.
• Expert proficiency with enterprise GIS platforms and geospatial software (Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer).
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced geospatial analysis to support intelligence, operational, and enterprise missions.
• Develop and analyze geospatial datasets to support military operations and strategic planning.
• Create high-quality maps, visualizations, dashboards, and cartographic products for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with government, IC, industry, and technical teams on geospatial software evaluations and capability development.
• Develop executive multimedia presentations and technical reports.
