Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Geospatial Analyst – Senior to provide advanced GIS, geospatial analysis, and data management for DoD and IC missions. The candidate will lead technical projects and deliver actionable products to senior government stakeholders.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI, expert proficiency with Esri ArcGIS and related platforms, and strong experience in enterprise spatial databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced geospatial analysis for intelligence and enterprise missions.
• Develop and maintain geospatial datasets for military operations.
• Create geospatial maps, dashboards, and cartographic products for leadership.
• Utilize ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer.
• Manage enterprise spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS).
• Support data governance, metadata, and quality assurance.
• Integrate geospatial data from IC, DoD, and open sources.
• Develop executive presentations and technical reports.
• Mentor junior geospatial professionals.
• Ensure NSG geospatial standards compliance.
• Collaborate on technical projects and capability development.
